BLDC-MOTORS WITH HALL EFFECT SERNSORS IN NEMA STANDARDS
BLDC motors are replacing classic DC motors and stepper motors in more and more applications. The BLDC motors from Geeplus are three-phase and have digital Hall sensors in the standard version, so that speed control is possible with simple servo controllers. As an option, the Hall sensors can be omitted for sensorless operation or other types of sensors can be added for higher quality speed stop or position control.
The most important features of Geeplus BLDC motors are:
- low operating voltage: the windings of Geeplus BLDC motors are designed for low supply voltages
- high efficiency: optimized laminations reduce electromagnetic losses to a minimum
- available in several flange sizes: Nema 17 (42mm), Nema 23 (57mm) and Nema 34 (86mm), others on request
- high flexibility through many customization options encoder (incremental AquadB encoder, resolver), shaft (also as leadscrew for low cost linear BLDC actuators), flange, insulation, bearing, environmental conditions
KINETIMAX: BRUSHLESS EXTERNAL ROTOR BLDC MOTORS WITH INTEGRATED ELECTRONICS
The KinetiMax brushless BLDC external rotor motors from our partner Allied Motion are EC motors with integrated electronics that allow operation like a DC brushed motor. Depending on the motor, different electronics are available, also with speed control. The main advantages of the KinetiMax series are greater inertia, high torque, low cogging and smooth running characteristics. They are available in 5 different sizes, each with different electronics. The brushless DC motors are used in small pumps, fans, scanners and tools.
RESMAX: BRUSHLESS EC-MOTORS FOR VENTILATORS
The ResMax brushless DC motors from our partner Allied Motion were developed for ventilators. They can reach speeds of up to 90,000 revolutions per minute. They also have a low inertia and a small mechanical time constant of 4ms. These features combined with a long service life, make the ResMax BLDC motors ideally suited for highly dynamic applications in medical devices, especially ventilators and respirators.
