Design and production of bespoke or custom servo motors
Although we offer a very wide range of electric motors in a wide variety of technologies and designs, not all applications can be covered by this product range. With our manufacturer PMW Dynamics, we have a partner at our side who also develops and / or manufactures completely customized servo motors. Motors made to measure, motors to your specification.
Customized servo motor projects can have different characteristics:
- production of a motor according to your drawings and production documents
- optimization of an existing motor to your specification
- completely customized development and production of your special motor
On the side you can see an example of the modification of an existing IR9 to a custom / bespoke motor for an outdoor winch application with the following adaptations:
- hollow shaft 30mm (instead of solid shaft)
- stainless steel
- shaft seal
- cables
- special winding
